Withdrawal information for emergency locksmith jobs

General rule
Consumers may have a withdrawal right for distance contracts and contracts concluded outside business premises. The usual withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion.
Urgent repairs
If the customer expressly requests an urgent visit for repair or maintenance work, such as an acute emergency door opening, the withdrawal right may be legally excluded for that urgent work.
Immediate start
If the customer expressly requests paid service before the withdrawal period expires and confirms knowledge that the withdrawal right can be lost after full performance, it may expire after the service is fully performed.
