Scope
Mobile emergency door opening, lockout help, defective cylinders and emergency cylinder replacement. No shop and no key-copy counter.
Right to open
The customer confirms that they are entitled to open the door, flat, office, commercial unit or object. ID or other proof may be requested.
Prices
Website prices apply to the described standard case. Extra time, locked doors, defects, special locks, night/weekend/holiday work, material and travel can increase the price. Extra costs are explained before chargeable extra work.
Small-business VAT note
Where the Kleinunternehmerregelung applies, no VAT is charged or shown separately under § 19 UStG.
Cancellation after dispatch
If the job is cancelled after dispatch, or cannot be performed for reasons outside the provider's control, a reasonable travel/effort fee may be charged if announced beforehand.
Destructive work
Low-damage methods are preferred. Drilling, pulling, cutting or replacing parts only happens after prior customer approval where required for the job.
Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Existing damage, wear, burglary damage or hidden defects are not accepted as provider-caused damage unless caused by the provider.
